Minimums depend on the product and brand — most items follow standard pack sizes, while some bulk or indent items carry order minimums. 

For first-time purchases, payment is required in advance before delivery. Returning customers may apply for credit terms, which are subject to approval based on our credit evaluation process.

We supply laboratory chemicals and reagents, equipment, glassware and consumables across eight main categories, from leading international brands as well as our own brand.

Yes. HCS offers its own portfolio of in-house brands, including Reactivo® for chemicals and reagents, Porefil® for chromatography products and solutions, and LabDemand® for laboratory consumables. In addition, we are an authorized distributor for a wide range of established international laboratory and scientific brands.

Yes. Each product page lists the available grades/purities and pack sizes, and bulk quantities are available on request for many items.

We deliver across Singapore and to laboratories throughout the Southeast Asian region.

Delivery lead times vary depending on product availability and delivery location. For in-stock items, delivery is typically arranged within 1 week in Singapore, subject to our delivery schedule and route planning. Indent, special-order, or overseas-sourced items may require a longer lead time. For the most accurate lead time, please contact our team with the product details, and we will be happy to advise.

For temperature-sensitive chemicals and reagents, we arrange appropriate handling and packaging. 

Hazardous and regulated items are packed, labelled and transported in line with the applicable safety regulations, with the relevant documentation provided.

We are certified to ISO 9001:2015, GDPMDS, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and BizSafe Level 3.

Yes. Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Analysis and technical datasheets are available on the relevant product pages or on request — downloadable for our own-brand products and provided via the brand for third-party items.

Controlled and restricted items are supplied only to eligible customers in accordance with the relevant local regulations and licensing requirements.

Search by product name, item code (SKU), CAS number, brand, or description. Common shorthand works too — e.g. "NaOH" finds sodium hydroxide, "MeOH" finds methanol. You don't need to include pack size or grade in your search.

Click "Add to Quote" on any product page — it's added instantly. Choose your pack size and quantity afterward inside the quote drawer, which opens when you click "Quote" in the top right of any page.

Yes. Add as many products as you need before submitting — up to 200 items per request.

No. You can submit an RFQ (Request for Quote) whether you're signed in or not. Just provide your name and a valid email so our team can respond.

Our Singapore-based team replies within one business day.

Once signed in, you'll find your Dashboard, Orders, Quotations, Blanket Orders, Invoices, Documents (SDS/CoA), Licenses & Permits on file, and your negotiated Price Contracts.
