1. About this Portal
The HCS Scientific & Chemical Customer Portal ("Portal") is provided by HCS Scientific & Chemical Pte Ltd (UEN: 200305150H) to authorised customers for the purpose of viewing order status, documents, and account information.
2. Access
Access is by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Report any suspected unauthorised access to sales@hcs-lab.com immediately.
3. What we collect and why

4. Data retention
Security logs (login events, IP addresses) are retained for 12 months.
Session tokens expire after 12 hours.
Your account data (orders, documents) is retained for 7 years per Singapore business record requirements.
5. Your rights under PDPA
Under the Personal Data Protection Act (Singapore), you may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for your personal data. Contact: dpo@hcs-lab.com
6. Cookies
We use one strictly necessary cookie (hcs_sc_session) to maintain your login. With your consent, we set one additional preference cookie (hcs_consent) to remember your privacy choice. We do not use advertising cookies or share data with third parties.
7. Changes to these terms
We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Portal after notification constitutes acceptance.
