Solid phase peptide synthesis vessels feature 2mm PTFE stopcocks and fritted supports for resin beads during operation. The 24/40 inner drip joint can be assembled with other standard ware. The vessel has a 8mm hose connection for vacuum and the stopcock has an 8mm O.D. sidearm for inert gas introduction. Vesserls are supplied with PTFE-faced siliconen lined Nylon Cap.

Reaction Vessel constructed of borosilicate to accommodate immersion well. With #50 internal thread at top which accepts a RC50 bushing and Viton O-ring to form a compression seal with the immersion well, one 14/20 joint for sparger tube, one 24/40 vertical joint for condenser and one #7 internal thread side arm for thermometer. Complete with quartz imersion well, caps and O-rings.

Heavy wall round bottom vessels have an internal thread for use with a 15mm Teflon bushing as a pressure seal. This unique design allows hand tightening and loosing for easy access into the vessel. The O-ring is positioned on the bushing above the thread for improved sealing. The vessels are useful for pressure reactions and applications such as polymerization and analysis of halogens by thermal decomposition in the presence of lime. Complete apparatus is supplied with vessel, Teflon bushing and Viton O-ring.
