Manufactured from PP inner Disk: Dutral The non-return valve prevents water from flowing back when the pressure falls. It is useful for any tubing system and vacuum line. The Maximum safe working pressure is 2Bar (approx. 28.4P.S.I), and the Minimum safe working pressure is 0.07 Bar at room temperature 20°C. -
Manufactured from PP/PC. The desiccator is implosion proof and will take vacuum of -740mm Hg with loss (absolute zero -760 mm/HG) not exceeding 20mm Hg in 24 hours. The transparent polycarbonate cover seals onto a neoprene '0' ring set into the flange of the PP base. To help with establishing the initial vacuum, grease can be applied on the 'o' ring. Within the desiccator is a removable pan for holding a drying agent. Vacuum release tap/non return valve assembly is included (Art. 229); specially grooved stopper in this assembly allows air when required to be re-admitted very slowly to avoid disturbing the contents. Usage instruction: •Remove the cover in PC - insert the samples in the pan •Open the vacuum retention valve (PE needle) and connect the tube of the pump to the desiccator spigot to create vacuum. •Close the vacuum retention valve after
